1. Cleveland's Fidelity Hotel

    A boutique hotel with a Michelin key that actually earns the nod, the Fidelity sits in a beautifully restored old building in a neighborhood that used to be Cleveland's version of a proper night out. The 97 rooms feel considered rather than decorated, with good linens and coffee to match. The Club Room downstairs has strong drinks and low lighting, and the whole place carries just enough old-city energy to make you feel like you stumbled onto something real.
