    Felicia Suzanne's is a proper Southern restaurant in downtown Memphis, the kind where the room is all scarlet banquettes and marble bar and you feel like you dressed right no matter what you wore. The chef has been doing this long enough that nothing on the menu feels like a trend. Gulf shrimp with tasso ham sauce is the thing to order. Everyone in here looks like they're celebrating something, even if they're just Tuesday hungry.
