1. Hôtel Cap-Estel

Twenty-eight rooms, rose gardens, a secluded beach, and serious food at La Table du Cap Estel, all tucked away from the see-and-be-seen circus next door. The crowd here isn't flashy, which on the Côte d'Azur is basically its own flex.
