    Hotel Indy is a boutique hotel that figured out what to do with a hulking Brutalist office block: lean into the bones and make it feel intentional. The exposed concrete ceilings are still there, but now they're playing off vivid colors and modernist furniture in a way that actually works. Ninety rooms, a rooftop lounge with skyline views and local cocktails, and a crowd of design-conscious travelers who appreciate that "independent by design" isn't just marketing copy.
