1. Miraflores Park, Lima

    A Belmond all-suite hotel perched on the Miraflores clifftops, with the Pacific stretching out below and some of Lima's best restaurants a short walk away. The rooftop pool alone is worth the stay, and the Belo Bar's pisco sour will make you question every other version you've tried.
