    A Jewish deli in downtown Knoxville that actually has something to say, Potchke takes the classics your grandmother made and quietly messes with them, in the best way. The team built a following as a pop-up before landing in Old City, and the room draws the kind of regulars who show up for the rotating babkas and stay for sandwiches so generously built that the kitchen keeps takeaway containers right on the counter.
