    Sophon is a Khmer restaurant and bar in Greenwood that won a James Beard Award for Best New Bar, which should tell you this place is firing on all cylinders. The chef puts serious Cambodian flavors front and center, no apologies, no watering things down. The cocktails lean into coconut and creativity and somehow keep pace with the food. The crowd feels like people who actually did their homework and are very pleased with themselves for it.
