A thatched inn on the southern Danish coast where the dining room looks out past the kitchen garden and smokehouse toward the sea. Tasting menus move through a set arc, sea to garden to animal to dessert, with the estate's own produce doing much of the work. The chef runs both the kitchen and the floor, which gives the whole evening a slightly personal, unhurried feel, as if someone actually lives here and just happens to cook very well.
