A modern restaurant inside Hotel Lydia where the menu traces back to an actual family cookbook from the 1920s, belonging to the founders' grandmother. The cooking doesn't stay there, though: the team uses those old recipes as a starting point and pushes them somewhere ambitious and contemporary. The room matches the food, smart and current, without much nostalgia on display. It's the kind of place that earns its concept rather than just wearing it.
