The chef has been doing this long enough that the tasting menu feels lived-in rather than showy, all citrus and sea and spice with real depth behind it. The dessert cart alone is worth the trip. Couples and serious food pilgrims fill the warm, light-wood room, dressed like they made a reservation months ago.
