Steakhouse
A former silver factory in Kungsholmen, now home to one of Stockholm's serious steakhouses. The in-house butcher shop and ageing room are visible from the dining room, which is either very honest or very confident, probably both. Swedish dairy cow aged up to 90 days is the signature, though the list runs to Galician old cow and Japanese A5. Ranked eighth on the World's Best Steak Restaurants list, which narrows the crowd considerably.
