    Twenty-three guests per sitting move through three floors of a Norrmalm townhouse as the courses arrive, which makes Frantzén less a restaurant than a choreographed evening out. The tasting menu is creative and theatrical, the room warm and upholstered in the way that signals you are not leaving quickly. It holds three Michelin stars and a spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, which tells you roughly what the bill will look like.
