    Reclaimed wood and polished concrete set the tone at this eco-minded luxury resort on Collins Avenue, where the design borrows from surf culture and the building materials were sourced before the Instagram grid was even a concept. It occupies a full city block of beachfront with Atlantic views on one side and the Biscayne Bay skyline on the other, and carries a Michelin Key. The crowd arrives with reusable water bottles and very good luggage.
