The rooftop garden above this contemporary tasting room supplies some of what lands on the plate below, which feels appropriate given that the whole operation is Auburn University's hospitality school in action. Students run the front of house in sharp suits while resident chefs guide the kitchen, and the result is more polished than you'd expect from a classroom. The wine list ranges widely and seriously.
