A husband-and-wife team runs this snug Modern British restaurant in an old Grade II listed townhouse on Ledbury's main street, and the division of labor is pleasantly straightforward: she looks after the room, he cooks alone. The menu is short and unfussy, letting whatever came in that day do the talking. It holds a Michelin star, which the lack of tableside theatrics makes feel almost impolite to mention.
