The vineyard rows run right up to your door at this winery villa tucked into the northern foothills of Mount Fuji, where the pitch is that you don't just drink the wine, you help make it. Guests can join seasonal vineyard work, tour the terroir by e-bike, or simply sit with a small-lot bottle from grapes grown a few steps away. It's a working agricultural stay as much as a hotel, and the landscape does most of the decorating.
