1. 7Pines Resort Sardinia

    A Forbes four-star resort on Costa Smeralda that somehow pulls off "Ibiza energy in a Sardinian villa" without feeling try-hard. The grounds are sprawling and genuinely beautiful, the beach is the kind you'd describe to people back home, and it's tucked far enough from the crowds that you won't be fighting for a sunbed. Expect the guests to look like they arrived by yacht, because some of them did.
