Achillée
Regional French
A chef who traded a Courchevel kitchen for the valley below now runs this rustic bistro in Bozel, built around sharing plates and whatever the surrounding farms and hillsides are giving up that week. The cooking is rooted in the region, hearty and unfussy, with foraging filling the gaps between suppliers. The room feels like somewhere a local would actually eat, which in the Alps is rarer than it sounds.
