    Thomas Keller's most laid-back Yountville spot is a family-style American restaurant in a wood-paneled room with a blue awning that looks like it belongs to someone's very well-fed aunt. The menu reads straightforward, fried chicken and onion dip with kettle chips, but the execution is anything but casual. Make a reservation, or the engaging staff will be charming you from a long wait.
