You get here by ferry, a free ten-minute boat ride from the wooden pier at Şat Burnu to Şövalye Island, which is either charming or a mild commitment depending on your mood. ADA is a waterfront restaurant where Turkish cooking picks up Mediterranean notes, and the setting, water views, Fethiye across the bay, sunsets timed as if someone arranged them, does most of the heavy lifting before the bread even arrives.
