Fine dining on Terschelling island, where the chef and the maître d' both greet you at the door, a small gesture that turns out to set the tone for the whole meal. The two met at De Librije and have been running their shared vision here ever since: a surprise menu built around local ingredients, though never slavishly so, with wine pairings chosen with the same care. The room is elegant without being stiff.
