    Intricate latticework and ornate geometric patterns sit alongside 4K televisions and underfloor heating, which is more or less the design brief for this luxury hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. The Azerbaijani ownership has leaned into its own cultural identity rather than chasing boutique minimalism, so expect carved woodwork and arabesques at every turn. The rooftop restaurant serves Azerbaijani cuisine with panoramic city views, and the hammam is predictably opulent. It holds a Michelin Key.
