    The room used to be a family pastry shop, and the bread course still carries that memory in every fold. Al Metrò is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant on the Adriatic coast, where the kitchen works with local catch and Abruzzese flours, keeping things precise without turning clinical. The outdoor terrace has the easy tempo of a neighborhood square. The wine cabinet, glass-fronted and tempting, practically argues for a second glass.
