Alchémille
Creative New American
Named for the alchemist's favorite plant, this Michelin-starred creative restaurant in a converted old bar feels almost Scandinavian, all pale wood and natural materials. The chef grew up in this Alsatian village, comes from a butcher's family, and now tends his own kitchen garden with the conviction of someone who genuinely believes vegetables are the point. Set menus shift between herbal, vegetable, and seafood themes, pulling from local suppliers and whatever the garden is doing that week.
