A 24-room boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated old seaside house on Bornholm, a Danish island in the Baltic that takes some effort to reach, which is rather the point. The rooms are quiet and understated, dressed with contemporary Danish design without trying too hard about it. Breakfast is included and taken seriously. For dinner, the town is a short walk, and the front desk closes at six, so plan accordingly. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
