    A curtain is all that separates the Stuba from the livelier bistro next door, which says something about how seriously Adelboden takes its evenings. This is a Michelin-starred fine dining room offering four to six courses in omnivore and vegetarian versions, built around regional ingredients handled with quiet precision. The setting is alpine-cosy without leaning into kitsch, and the service is genuinely unhurried, the kind that doesn't make you feel managed.
