A half-timbered building on a pedestrian street in Winnenden that the chef has turned into a creative, farm-to-table restaurant with a terrace spilling out front. The room is modern and spare inside, which lets the cooking do the talking. There's a full tasting menu for the ambitious and a shorter à la carte for everyone else, with a pared-down offer at lunch. The team also runs a food truck available for private events, because apparently one venue wasn't enough.
