Perched above the bay on its own manicured grounds, this boutique hotel runs more like a private estate than a resort, which is more or less the point in St. Tropez. Rooms are done in soft contemporary whites with marble bathrooms and private terraces, some looking out over the water. A heated outdoor pool and a fitness center round things out for guests who require a reason to stay on the property. Open mid-April through mid-October.
