Am Mahrbach
Seasonal Cuisine
A Michelin-starred farm restaurant tucked into the mountains where the chef and her partner grow, raise, and forage pretty much everything on your plate. The former stables seat maybe sixteen people across four tables in front of an open kitchen, all wood and stone and floor-to-ceiling meadow views. There's one surprise menu, and the crowd is whoever was organized enough to book. It feels less like dinner service and more like someone invited you over and actually meant it.
