Amandus is a surprise tasting menu restaurant in a bohemian pocket just outside the Old Town, where the chefs carry their own dishes to the table and historical Lithuanian recipes get quietly rethought. The owner greets guests at the door himself. For something more tucked away, the Epotheca room sits inside an old pharmacy vault, with a sinuous table built for two.
