ANEMI is a 44-room boutique hotel in Karavostasis open May through September, with white-walled rooms, large-scale art above the bed, and verandahs over the bay. Kitchens in every room and private pools in some suites make leaving optional. The on-site restaurant, under a trellis beside a saltwater pool, handles the rest.
