A modern Stube tucked beside a hotel entrance in the center of Ortisei, with round tables, large windows, and a summer terrace looking out over the small town. The kitchen leans on Alto Adige tradition but lets in fish, seafood, and ingredients from further afield, keeping things lighter than the alpine norm. The chef holds a Michelin star and has made the duck a reason to pay attention. Butter and sugar take a back seat here, which is a rare position in the Dolomites.
