Tucked inside an old inn near the Pfarrbrücke in Lienz, this Michelin-starred restaurant runs on regional Austrian ingredients, wood smoke, and sauces that taste like they simmered longer than your flight here. The chef trained under some serious names before coming home to cook tasting menus of four, six, or seven courses in vaulted, stove-warmed rooms.
