Rice is the reason to make the turn off the main road to this no-fuss dining room in the Segrià countryside, where the chef works the room with enough warmth to compensate for the plain surroundings. The kitchen leans on traditional Catalan cooking and local produce, and the rice dishes, drawn from several Molí de Pals varieties and typically served for two, are the clear center of gravity. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
