Apollonia
Regional Italian
The road up to this family-run trattoria winds through vines and orchards before hitting woodland at 900 meters, where the Dolomites spread out below like a postcard nobody bothered to send you. Three generations of the Geiser family have been feeding the valley on seasonal Alto Adige cooking, potato rösti, baked pumpkin, porcini cream, homemade tarts. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks for a place this quietly sure of itself.
