Aqua Blu Hotel & Spa

A seafront hotel on Lambi Beach where the room design, the pool, the bar, and the restaurant all point stubbornly toward the water, as if the Aegean might leave if nobody watched it. Floors-to-ceiling windows, bright white interiors, and private terraces do their part. The island is also the birthplace of Hippocrates, which gives you something suitably ancient to do before returning to the lounger. Open April through October.
