Rooms lean into soft tones, natural timber, and big windows opening onto manicured gardens and a fountain. The restaurant works European dishes through local produce, and the bar's fireplace earns its keep in cooler months. Kangaroos occasionally appear on the nearby trails, which is not something most hotels can promise.
