Nineteen rooms in a classic Alpine chalet connected by lift to the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski network, which is about as good a ratio of small hotel to enormous mountain as you'll find. Oak timbers and parquet floors set the scene, but the rooms go marble bathroom and espresso machine rather than rustic-cozy. The spa has indoor and outdoor pools with Mont Blanc views, and a fine dining restaurant backed by a casual bistro for the nights you're too tired to dress up.
