Art'zain
Basque
The name means "shepherd" in Basque, a nod to the owner's father that sets the tone for everything that follows. This farm-to-table restaurant sits in a converted village barn, old rafters and stone walls intact, softened by furniture from Basque craftsman Alki. The menu chases the season hard, leaning on local producers, and has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand for the effort. Irissarry is small, but people find it.
