Asma Yaprağı
Turkish
The grapevine-draped building in Alaçatı is the first clue: this is a farm-to-table restaurant where the produce grows a few steps from your table, in a garden you eat among. The kitchen is run entirely by women cooking in a home style, and the spread of sharing dishes comes loaded with things like manti, courgette blossoms, and fresh yoghurt. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and evenings require a reservation. No children after dark, which keeps the mood exactly right.
