Astarte Suites

Fifteen suites cut into the caldera cliffs at the southern tip of Santorini's crescent, each with a private terrace and jacuzzi angled toward the volcano. This is a boutique clifftop hotel for adults only, quiet enough that the restaurant is named for the Greek word for "speechless."
