Astarte Suites

Fifteen suites cut into the caldera cliffs at the southern tip of Santorini's crescent, each with a private terrace and jacuzzi angled toward the volcano. This is a boutique clifftop hotel for adults only, quiet enough that the restaurant is named for the Greek word for "speechless." Hermès amenities, king beds, and a central infinity pool handle anyone the private plunge pools don't. The car service keeps the rest of the island within reach when the view stops being enough.
