An old tree spreads across the open-air dining room at this Mexican restaurant in Brisas de Zicatela, sharing space with wood beams and a backlit bar that wouldn't look out of place in a design magazine. The cooking leans casual, tostadas and chile rellenos, but the salsas and sauces are made with enough conviction that you notice. The cocktail list is short and classic, and the bartenders treat it seriously.
