    A chandelier-lit dining room inside an 18th-century estate, with ceilings high enough to make you sit up a little straighter. This is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant where the kitchen blends classical technique with a modern sensibility, working from serious ingredients. The menu runs à la carte or in four-to-six-course sets, with wine pairings the floor team clearly believes in. The garden visible through the windows does not hurt the mood.
