    ATI is a hotel-restaurant on the 10th floor of the Sheraton, which means a view of Tbilisi's old town and the quiet confidence of a place that knows you'll look at it between courses. The kitchen runs a modern Georgian grill with a Silk Road streak, and the cocktails are taken as seriously as the fire. Gault&Millau gave it two toques. Expect a polished room with some art on the walls, where a jacket wouldn't hurt.
