Au fil de l'eau
Seasonal New American
The terrace hangs out over Lac de Miers, close to the Salmière spring, which is either the most romantic setting in the Lot or just deeply unfair to every other restaurant in the department. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and white timber rafters frame seasonal cooking that leans into the local terroir, Quercy lamb, Carennac lentils, but then takes a sharp left with combinations like mango piperade alongside the day's fish.
