The terrace sits in the garden courtyard of a Grand Cru estate, vines pressing in on every side. This is a modern restaurant where the cooking is clean and unshowy, which takes some discipline given the setting's temptation to perform. The wine list runs to nearly 600 labels, with Bordeaux reds and serious vintages poured by the glass, so the cellar does most of the talking anyway.
