Named for Audrey Hepburn and holding a Michelin star, this fine dining restaurant in Calp runs on tasting menus built around the Valencia region's soil and seasons. The chef presses his own olive oil from thousand-year-old trees and bakes bread from a family recipe in a dedicated oven across town, which tells you something about the level of commitment before a single course arrives. The food is technical and creative, but the Mediterranean anchors everything.
