A stone village house turned chic bistro, opened by Michel Bras and run by his niece, with six guestrooms upstairs if the house wine does its job. The kitchen is a tribute to the family matriarch, leaning into comforting, market-led cooking, and the blown-glass lights echo the grape clusters of the local Marcillac vines. They pour their own wine, made by a friend down the road, which is either charming or a conflict of interest, depending on your mood.
