Aux 3 Capitaines
Traditional French
A village restaurant on the banks of the Moselle where the menu reads like a love letter to Lorraine, pike quenelles, free-range poultry with morels, ham braised in Auxerrois sauce. The dining room has been freshened up and there's a quiet terrace out back, but the cooking stays resolutely old-school and generous. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks. Ask the server about the regional wines and she'll actually have an answer.
