Floor-to-ceiling glass walls face the Tasmanian coast, with a secluded beach at the bottom of the path and wetsuits in the cupboard if the water looks inviting. This is a self-catering modernist retreat, really a private three-bedroom house designed by local architect Craig Rosevear, sitting midway between Hobart and Launceston.
